Who are you and what do you actually do?
A full-stack and AI engineer. Two years of it, mostly in healthcare, now at Ainoviq — Blackngreen's AI division — where I work on an AI companion and the automation behind hiring and sales outreach. On my own time I build a conversational AI platform, Voxa and Resup.dev.
The consistent thread is putting language models somewhere they can do damage if they are wrong, and building the structure that stops that happening: confidence thresholds, escalation paths, evaluation harnesses, and a human in the loop where one belongs.
