You teach people to use AI — what does that actually mean?
Sitting with engineers and non-engineers and working out where these tools genuinely save them time, and where they only look like they do. Most of the value is in unglamorous places, and most of the disappointment comes from expecting the glamorous ones.
The part people find most useful is being told what not to bother automating. A tool that is right eighty per cent of the time costs more to supervise than it saves, unless the checking is cheap.
